• Position requirements:

  1.Hold a Beijing lawyer's practice certificate and have practiced for at least three years.

  3.Candidates with a banking, securities, or fund practice qualification certificate are preferred.

  4.Those with experience in private equity funds, real - estate finance, trust business, guarantee business, investment banking, etc. are preferred.

  5.Those with experience in banking, trust, factoring, financial leasing, and other financial - related businesses are preferred.

  6.Those with experience in bond - related businesses, including corporate bonds, national bonds, financial bonds, foreign debts, government bonds, etc. are preferred.

  7.Those with experience in listed company private placement and related businesses, such as IPO, additional issuance, rights issue, capital reserve transfer, and listing of state - owned shares, are preferred.

  8.Be conscientious, diligent, rigorous, upright, possess good professional ethics, and have no record of administrative penalties or industry disciplinary actions.
